If you choose to make a payment using  PayPal, be aware that PayPal charges 3% to use their service.
  This charge will appear as "tax" but in actuality represents the PayPal transaction fee.

There are two methods of payment offered by PayPal:
   1) Use your PayPal account, or
            2) Pay with your debit or credit card
